In terms of core technology research and development, the Baoyao Rubber R&D team innovatively optimized the rubber base material formula, selected high-quality EPDM special rubber as the core raw material for the covering layer, combined with high-strength polyester and steel wire rope core reinforcement structure, and precisely controlled the vulcanization process parameters to significantly enhance the heat resistance stability, anti-aging property and structural adhesion of the conveyor belt. At the same time, the team optimized the layering structure design of the belt body, solved common problems such as tape delamination, cracking and rubber shedding under high-temperature conditions, effectively avoiding safety hazards such as deviation, damage and material leakage during the transportation of high-temperature materials.
After undergoing laboratory tests at the extreme 200℃ temperature limit and real-world tests under various scenarios, this series of high-temperature-resistant conveyor belts have successfully met the T3-level high-temperature resistance standard. They can operate stably for a long time in a 150℃ regular high-temperature environment. They can also withstand short-term impacts of 200℃ high-temperature materials. Their high-temperature resistance, resistance to burning, and anti-aging properties far exceed the industry's conventional product standards. Compared to ordinary high-temperature-resistant conveyor belts, the new product has a lifespan increase of over 40% under high-temperature heavy-load conditions. Its anti-adhesion and resistance to acid, alkali, and oil pollution erosion capabilities have significantly improved, and it can perfectly meet the continuous transportation requirements of high-temperature materials such as high-temperature coal slag in power plants, high-temperature mineral materials in metallurgy, and cement clinker.
Relying on the advantages of customized technology research and development, Boao Rubber's new high-temperature-resistant conveyor belt can support customized production for special working conditions such as large bandwidth, high belt speed, and large inclination angle. It can meet the requirements of high-strength conveying operations with a bandwidth of 2.4 meters and a belt speed of 5 m/s, and is suitable for various large industrial conveying equipment. Currently, this product has completed small-scale trial production and successfully provided supporting solutions for many large power groups such as Huaneng and Datang, as well as regional metallurgical and cement leading enterprises.
