Recently, Hebei Boao Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. completed the upgrade of core laboratory testing equipment. The newly purchased universal tensile testing machine from Suzhou Kezhun Measurement & Control, Akron abrasion testing machine from Yangzhou Tianfa, and aging test chamber from Guangdong Derui have been officially put into use.

The complete set of equipment can accurately conduct tests on key indicators of conveyor belts, including tensile strength, bonding strength, abrasion resistance, and high-temperature aging resistance. It automatically collects data, effectively reduces manual testing errors, and can detect hidden risks such as internal delamination and invisible damage to conveyor belts.

This upgrade improves the closed-loop quality control covering the entire process of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, further enhancing the testing accuracy of high-temperature resistant, flame-retardant, and steel cord conveyor belts.
