Leveraging the advantages of the rubber industrial cluster in Boye County, the 2400mm wide vulcanization line that was put into operation this time precisely fills the gap in the regional production capacity for large-sized conveyor belts. Ultra-wide compatibility, complete coverage of specifications 
The new line can produce a full range of conveyor belts with a width of 500–2400mm and a thickness of 8–50mm. The types include nylon (NN), polyester (EP), steel wire rope core (ST), patterned, and edge guards. It meets the requirements for large incline, long-distance, and heavy-load transportation scenarios in industries such as mining, coal, ports, power, and metallurgy. 
2. Intelligent vulcanization, with more stable performance 
The fully automatic temperature-controlled vulcanization system is adopted to precisely control the vulcanization temperature (145–155℃), pressure (1.2–1.8MPa) and time, ensuring uniform inter-layer bonding of the belt, no air bubbles or wrinkles. Combined with a high-precision tension control system, it guarantees uniform longitudinal and transverse force distribution of the belt, reducing the deviation rate by 40% and increasing the peel strength by 20%. 
3. High-end configuration, with greater durability 
The matching special high wear-resistant and high anti-aging rubber formula is adopted. The tensile strength of the covering rubber is ≥ 25 MPa, and the wear rate is ≤ 0.08 mm/10,000 times. The core layer uses high modulus PA66/EP canvas, which is treated with secondary impregnation. The interlayer bonding force is ≥ 12 N/mm. Under heavy-load operation, there is no delamination or layering, and the service life is extended by more than 50%.

Production capacity surge: The newly added production line is designed to have an annual production capacity of 1.2 million square meters. After reaching full production capacity, the company's total annual production capacity will exceed 3 million square meters, enabling it to handle large-scale project batch orders. 

Quality Assurance: The entire process adheres to the ISO9001 quality system. An independent chemical analysis laboratory and physical laboratory are equipped. 28 performance indicators are monitored throughout the process. The products comply with national standards such as GB/T9770 and MT668. The inspection rate of the national rubber quality inspection center in 2025 was 100% qualified.
