Heat-Resistant Rubber Conveyor Belt

Heat resistant conveyor belts are divided into ordinary heat resistant conveyor belts and strong heat resistant conveyor belts. The ordinary heat resistant strong layer is polyester cotton canvas (CC56), and the strong heat resistant strong layer is EP (specifically divided into EP100, EP150, EP200, EP250, EP300, EP350, EP400, EP450, EP500, etc.).

    purpose

It is mainly used in industries such as metallurgy and construction to transport high-temperature materials such as sintered ore, coke, and cement clinker. The material temperature should not exceed 800 ℃, and the surface temperature should not exceed 220 ℃. Features: The cover layer is made of EPDM rubber, and the skeleton material is made of domestically used high-temperature resistant canvas. The unique formula design solves the key problems of high saturation, poor adhesion, and low interlayer adhesion of EPDM rubber. It has the characteristics of light weight, long lifespan (about 2-4 times), and good heat resistance.
Implementing the standard of "General purpose fabric core conveyor belts with rubber or plastic covering", this standard adopts the international standard draft ISO/FDIS14890-1999 standard
A heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multiple layers of rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high-temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, bonded together by high-temperature vulcanization, suitable for transporting hot coke, cement, slag, and hot castings below 175 ℃.

    1. The specifications are the same as ordinary conveyor belts.
    2. The product complies with HG2297-92 standard.
    3. Heat resistant conveyor belts can be divided into four types:
Type I: Can withstand test temperatures not exceeding 100 ℃, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 150 ℃, code T1.
Type II: Can withstand a test temperature not exceeding 125 ℃, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 170 ℃, code T2.
Type III: Can withstand test temperatures not exceeding 150 ℃, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 200 ℃, code T3.
Type IV: Can withstand a test temperature not exceeding 175 ℃, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 250 ℃, code T4.

High temperature resistant steel mesh conveyor belt is made of steel wires woven vertically and horizontally. The surface of the steel mesh is galvanized or copper plated, and the lower surface of the steel mesh is covered with a rubber layer. During the transportation of high-temperature materials, the overall surface does not peel off, and its performance is more reliable than layered heat-resistant conveyor belts.
A heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multiple layers of rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) covered with high-temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, bonded together by high-temperature vulcanization, suitable for transporting hot coke, cement, slag, and hot castings below 240 ℃.
    1. The specifications are the same as ordinary conveyor belts.
    2. The product complies with HG2297-92 and GB/T20021-2005 standards.
    3. Heat resistant conveyor belts can be divided into five types:
Type I: Can withstand test temperatures not exceeding 100 ℃, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 150 ℃, code T1.
Type II: Can withstand a test temperature not exceeding 125 ℃, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 170 ℃, code T2.
Type III: Can withstand test temperatures not exceeding 150 ℃, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 200 ℃, code T3.
Type IV: Can withstand a test temperature not exceeding 175 ℃, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 400 ℃, code T4.
    Type V: Can withstand a test temperature not exceeding 240 ℃, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 600 ℃, code T5

    Key Features

This type of conveyor belt is mainly used in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, casting, coking, and chemical engineering to transport high-temperature solid materials such as sintered ore, coke, cement, and fertilizers, with specified heat resistance performance. The heat resistance and service life of heat-resistant conveyor belts mainly depend on the heat resistance of the covering layer and the belt core. Generally, rubber with good heat resistance such as styrene butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, etc. are used as the main rubber material, and polyester cotton and polyester canvas with heat resistance and heat shrinkage shrinkage are used as the core.
Heat resistant conveyor belts are divided into four levels according to different test temperatures. T1: Test temperature that can withstand heat not exceeding 100 ℃; T2: Test temperature that can withstand heat not exceeding 125 ℃; T3: Can withstand a test temperature not exceeding 150 ℃; T4: Can withstand a test temperature of no more than 175 ℃.
The strength and width specifications of heat-resistant conveyor belts are the same as those of ordinary conveyor belts. Example of tape marking: 200 1200 EP 5 1000 8+3 T2 indicates that the tape has a length of 200m, a width of 1200mm, a core of EP canvas with five layers, a strength specification of 1000N/mm, and upper and lower cover layer thicknesses of 8mm and 3mm respectively. The cover layer can withstand a test temperature of no more than 125 ℃. This type of product complies with the national standard GB/T 20021-2005 "Canvas Heat resistant Conveyor Belt".
In order to meet higher operating temperatures, some manufacturers have also developed heat-resistant conveyor belts that can withstand higher temperature levels and high-temperature conveyor belts that can withstand burning. Generally, flame retardant insulation agents, anti ablation agents, thermal conductivity agents, etc. are added to the cover layer rubber to improve the high-temperature and anti ablation properties of the tape
